Aim

To achieve high standards and consistency of service to our clients.

Quality Assurance Policy

In order to achieve the quality of service our clients require it is the policy of the company that:

1. The client’s requirements and expectations are recognised and understood.
2. A major emphasis is placed on quality management of contracts including:
   • Risk and Hazard Assessments
   • Health and Safety compliance
   • Training and Supervision
   • Environmental Management
   • Human Resource Management
3. Quality control inspections are both regular and comprehensive. Supervisors will thereafter report to both the client and Operations Manager.
4. The management shall encourage teamwork and best practices to ensure that quality is maintained.
5. An effective documented management system be established and maintained during the contract period including satisfaction notes obtained from the client.
6. Employees are well trained both in their individual cleaning duties, and the quality control procedures.
7. Employees are provided with well maintained equipment all in accordance with current safe working legislation.
8. All employees are inducted in all procedures and health and safety issues prior to commencement of their duties on site.
9. The management system and performance shall be reviewed regularly with the client.
